Businessman Jan Henric Buettner bought an entire village on Schleswig-Holstein's Baltic coast for some seven million euros. After eight years of planning and development, the hotel village is set to open its doors to high-paying guests this year.<br /> The grounds of the Weissenhaus estate are to be kept open to the public, as is the beach.
